To add a quick lead, you need to go to the dashboard and click the green box with the text “add a quick lead”.

Then a popup box will appear that you need to fill out and put your customer’s information in Client Dispute Manager Software.

Once you’re done, click the create button.

If you now want to see and continue working with those customers that you added as a quick lead, first, go to the customer’s screen.

You can use the search box to look for your customer.

You can also use the status filter.

Note: When you add a quick lead the status will automatically be set to “current leads”. That’s why if you’ll use the status filter to look for your customer, make sure it’s under current leads status.

 

Once you pulled out your customer’s profile that you added as a quick lead and would like to continue working on his/her information, go to the action column.

Then click the pencil icon to edit.

You just need to fill out all the missing information of your customer

Then once you’re done you click the green Update button.

You can also change the status of your customer from a current lead to a different status of your choice by clicking the status dropdown on the best credit repair software.
