Before you can use the SMS feature inside the software, you need to have a Twilio account first and then integrate it into the software
To integrate Twilio into credit report software for business, you need to go to the company tab.
Then under the company menu option, click notification/automation.
Then you will be routed to the notification and automation screen, where you can manage your automation features and notification.
Under the notification/automation screen, you will see the following: manager notifications, 1-click print automation with Letterstream, SMS with Twilio, Zapier integration, follow-up letter due date change, and change password.
Go to SMS with Twilio to integrate your Twilio account into the software.
In this section, you need to put your Twilio Auth token, Twilio account SID, and Twilio phone number, all of which can be found when you log in to your Twilio account.

Make sure that text notifications are turned on if you use the SMS feature of the software.

To send an SMS to your customer in the software once you’re done with integrating your Twilio account, go to the customers screen.
You can use the search box to look for the customer you want to send an SMS.
Then click the name of your customer.
Once done, you’ll be routed to your customer’s information, where you can see this section to send an SMS to your customer.
In this section, you’ll see the name of your customer.
Then here is your customer’s mobile number; make sure to enter the customer’s active mobile number for the SMS to be delivered.
Then you can select a template if you want to or add your template.
You can also enter a message here if you want to make your message more personalized.
Then once you’re done, just simply click the send button.
If your customer responds to your SMS, you will see a notification icon appear over here.
