The automated happy birthday email only works for active customers in the software. If some of your customers are in no-portal, lead, canceled, inactive, etc., status, they are not eligible for the happy birthday email.
That is why it is important to make sure that your customer is in “active status” if you want him to be a recipient of the automated happy birthday email.
Over here, you’ll see all your active customers who will receive the happy birthday email.
But if some customers don’t want to receive a birthday email, you can just turn off the happy birthday email by clicking the on/off button.
