How to add your customer’s credit monitoring credentials inside the Client Dispute Manager Software?​

 

  • If your customer doesn’t have credit monitoring yet, you can ask them to sign up with their desired credit monitoring provider. However, it would be a lot better if they sign up with one that is compatible with the Client Dispute Manager Software.

  • You can get their credentials automatically added to the software if your customer submits them through the onboarding process. If not, you can manually add it to the software.

 

There Are 2 Ways To Add Their Credit Monitoring Credentials Inside Client Dispute Manager Software:

 

  1. By Going To The Customer’s Tab
  2. By Going To The Company’s Tab

Go to the customer’s tab

Look for your customer then click the customer’s name

 

You will be routed to the customer information screen in the credit repair software. From there click the credit monitoring button.

A popup box will show up. Click edit.

 

Fill out the information of your customer’s credit monitoring details in the credit repair software

Make sure to select the right report provider for your customer.

 

Once you’re done, click save.

Go to the company tab then click credit monitoring


Then go to add/update your customer’s login and click the dropdown to look for your customer
