What happens after I pay and register?
You will already have a guaranteed seat in the event upon payment and registration. You will also receive emails as to any updates on the Dispute Like a Pro schedule and other relevant information.
Can I attend on different devices?
You can only attend using a single device. If in any case you need to switch devices, you must logout first from the first one in order to be able to join using the second device.
How will I get notified?
You will be notified through phone, email and sms notification . We will also be posting it on our various social media platforms and groups.
When will I get notified about the event?
You will be notified a week prior to the event, a day before, an hour and also 15 minutes before the live event. Just make sure you whitelist our email [email protected]
What if I miss the live event?
Depending on the plan that you purchased, you will have access to the replay and the resources that will be utilized during the online event. However, those who purchased the General Admission ticket won't have any access to any replay and resources.
Does my location matter?
As long as you have Zoom on your device and good internet connections, wherever you are won't matter.
How do I attend?
The event will be through Zoom . You will be provided a Zoom link which you will use to join the live Dispute Like a Pro online training. Make sure you have good internet connection to avoid any technical problems. Remember that when you join the live Zoom training you must register with the email address that you used when you purchased the ticket.
Will there be a step-by-step curriculum?
Yes, we will send it out a week and a day before. And the Day of the event.
When will we get the replay?
As we need to edit and compile the materials that were used during the event , it will take 2 weeks for us to release the replay. Rest assured, we will work hard to get it to you as soon as possible. Replay is available only for those with VIP Tickets.
What is your refund policy?
If you need to request a refund and you have the $67.00 plan, you must submit a request one week before the event to receive a full refund. If you have the $97 plan, no refund will be given as you will still receive the replay and materials from the event.
